Northside Hospital and Health Choice Urgent Care celebrated providing fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare to the Lawrenceville community with the grand opening of Health Choice Urgent Care Lawrenceville. The new urgent care center is located at 665 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, one mile from the Northside Hospital Gwinnett ER. We were honored to have Northside leaders, the Lawrenceville Mayor, local business owners, and community members join us for the occasion. 

Our team is eager to deliver excellent urgent care from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days per week.
